A: We ship during Mondays to Fridays. Except Sat, Sundays and Philippine Holidays when the post office is closed. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive payment. This will be received after 15 business days.

A: We use PHILIPPINE POST to ship packages worldwide. This is the same as USPS in the USA or PARCEL FORCE in United Kingdom (same with Japan Post, Singapore Post etc). The STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE we use are REGISTERED (RECORDED) AIR PARCEL. We also use INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS) when requested and paid. WE ALSO OFFER OPTIONAL INSURANCE FOR PACKAGES WITH OUR TIE UP INSURANCE COMPANY.

A: REGISTERED AIR PARCELS take anywhere from 15-25 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPPING to arrive to International destinations. Asia and Europe (Except ITALY) destinations receive their parcels faster from Manila while USA Buyers may expect it to arrive around 15 days and CANADA buyers please allow 19-24 days for parcels to arrive. Normally if your country is closer to Asia you receive the items faster. FOR GUAM and ITALY BUYERS ONLY, we can only ship via GLOBAL EMS EXPRESS to these countries to avoid long customs delays expected in these countries.

A: REGISTERED AIR PARCELS are parcels that are manually recorded through postal networks. Your post office will require the addressee to claim the package at the post office by providing valid IDENTIFICATION and SIGNATURE. Registered Parcels are manually recorded through postal networks which makes it virtually safe from theft and loss. Only the addressee is authorized to access and claim the package which is the main safety feature of this service.
